David Lee's Road Frame:
"My first road frame - used oversized road lugs, Strawberry wishbone for the seat stays, plug-style dropouts, straight blade forks and a home paint job. I tried to pick the lightest gauge tubes (since I'm not a big guy) and wound up with a bare frame weight of 3#11.9 oz! As far as I can tell (I've only ever ridden a road bike once) it's a sweet ride - everything's smooth and responsive. Definitely looking forward to next season! The only thing I don't like is I made the fork for a long-reach brake instead of standard reach - convenient excuse, eh?!"
