"My name is Matthew Budd and I completed the welded cromoly frame building class in October '04. Attached are pictures of my first frame completed since then. I've taken recent hard times as an oppurtunity by spending every cent of my unemployment checks to pay for shop space at a fabricator sometimes bikebuilders shop in Brooklyn, NY. This is a road bike with an effective top tube of 55cm and a 48cm c to c seat tube, super compact with a way oversized downtube so it should be a stiff pedaler as the bike courier friend I am building it for wanted."
