Price: $73.94 Item #PG-005A: Paragon Wright Dropouts were inspired by a bike at the Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn, Michigan. The Wright Brothers workshop from Kittyhawk is preserved there and one of their bikes has round dropouts. The closest modern titanium dropout to it is the Ibis Cycles KGB dropout or the Breezer Breeze-In dropout. With this dropout, there is no need for a transition piece, such as a bullet, from stay to dropout. The stay miters are a simple cut and they are lighter and stiffer than conventional dropouts and are reasonably priced. They are machined from 1 1/4" barstock and the derailleur tab is an integral part of the dropout and does not need to be welded on. This dropout can be used for either road or mountain.
