Item #PG-DS1030: This complete Rocker dropout assembly includes a pair of dropouts, a pair of 6061 aluminum rocking inserts, four each M8 x 1.25 x 16 titanium button head cap screws, and two each 2 mm thick stainless steel washers.

The total adjustment is 0.68" (17.3 mm). As it swings through the arc, the total vertical variation is .030" (.76 mm). The insert pivots on a 1/4" (6.35 mm) stainless steel pin. This design has two bolts, both of which clamp the insert and prevent movement.

Made from 17/4 stainless steel, the dropouts are 6 mm thick at the bolt area and 4 mm thick at the stay tabs. All edges are chamfered or radiused for a clean look.

Both the right side insert, DR4014 and the left side insert, DR4016, are 8 mm thick with relieved inside faces to save weight. The left insert has an ISO disc brake mount.
