Item #PG-021: The Paragon Seat Collar is machined from 1 1/4" x .087" x 2" long 3-2.5 tube with a 5/8" step to press into a 1 1/4" x .035" seat tube. The top is unfinished allowing the builder to cut to their unique style. This collar will accept seat posts 27.4 mm and larger.
