The fork's rake is the same as its offset ... so if a ROAD fork is listed as having an offset of 43mm, then that is also its rake.

If you wish to determine the rake of a fork whose offset is unknown, then you could drop a plumb down the center of the steering tube WHILE ensuring that the fork's steerer is vertical ... measure the perpendicular distance between the point on the "ground" _created_ by the plumb AND a theoretical line which passes through the axle dropouts to determine the fork's offset/rake.
