>I've never installed a Dura Ace (7800) crankset from scratch before and have a question on lubricants. Which elements should be lubed and with what type of lube? I'm used to wotking on my MTB and its' simple enough there to just use Lithium grease on the BB itself .. but I'm unsure of what to use for the integral unit. I'm just replacing the cranks themselves as the bearings are alreasdy installed.

OK Im not the most versed mechanic when it comes to dura ace but I figured simeone should give some advice. When mating two integral parts both constructed of aliminum you should try and use some sort of anti seize compound. and in my opinion given the location of the splined interface on the FC-7800 crankset antiseize compound will prove valuable considering the elements it could be encountering. ie, salt, dirt, cytomax...
Also minimize excess lube because it will attract the salt and the dirt to critical areas.
