Subject: Rear derailleur prob

I have a Shimano Tiagra long cage rear derailleur. I recently put a cassette on the wheel with a 30t large cog. When the rear derailleur is shifted to the large cog in the rear, the teeth of the derailleur pulley and the teeth of the large cog make contact and grind. This happens when the chain is on all of the front chainrings. When the chain is on the large chainring in the front and the large cog in the rear, the rear derailleur pulleys are at a 45deg angle with the ground. What can I do to eliminate the pulley/cog contact?

Thx in advance.

Dale
