I am wanting to replace the front fork with a Look HSC1 carbon it is an 1 1/8 with the the same rake and 20.5 cm. Will this fork work with the bike or what mods do I have to make ?

The limitation you will face is the length of the frame's headtube ... roughly speaking, the 20.5 cm steerer is probably best suited to a traditionally sized 54cm-or-smaller road frame; so, if your frame is larger, then the fork is probably not suitable ... you should be otherwise good-to-go after you select your headset (if different from the one that came with the bike) and the amount of spacers (if any) which you want to use.
