If you want to make ANY scale model, the way that it is generally done is to begin with two drawn-to-scale perspectives:
* side view
* top view
Front & rear views are optional.
You could simply get a TREK bicycle catalog (others may be suitable), and begin there -- scale up or down according to your needs -- grid off the chosen picture ... grid off a blank "sheet" of paper which is slightly larger than the model you want to build ... roughly transfer the "information" inside each box to the corresponding box on your new grid ... "connect" the lines on your re-scaled drawing. Your drawing is the to-scale "blueprint" onto which you can lay the pieces of "tubing" which you will join to make the frame.
Choose your material based on the size of the model AND your familiarity with the material(s).
