And if you did, what did the shop say when you had the fork inspected? This happens all the time. Unlike metal which will ussually deform, carbon fiber can sustain damage that is not visible leading to catastrophic failure. Never trust a carbon component involved in an accident. Take advantage of your bike shop to inspect the problems and the manufactures warranty and replacement programs.
