: I've got a problem with my chain slipping on the 6 & 7th cog. It started after I replaced my worn & stretched chain. brought the bike to the LBS and we adjusted the derailleur perfectly, but it still skipped. It's the proper chain, and the chain just slips, but not onto the next gear. We figured the cogs must be worn. Any help would really be appreciated, this is really frustrating.

: Thanks.

This sure sounds like worn cogs to me. This happens frequently if you have waited too long to replace your chain, and it has "stretched". It usually attacks the smallest cogs first, as they have fewer teeth to support the load induced by the chain.
