Yeah Warren, I suggest to scrap the Wax lube if they salt the roads there. Back in Boston I use Tri-Flow on all moving parts.
You don't need a lot and remember to let it soak in and then wipe off the excess. I reccomend Continental Cross Country Pro tires for riding in the snow
and a good set of fenders like the Zefal clip on's.
You may also want to spray the inside of your frame with frame-saver or WD-40.
