Message: I have a Trek Y-3 with RST Delta HL. I am not getting used to the orange color of the RST with my bike. So I am planning to repaint the RST fork along with the cro-moly rear triangle. I have got a couple of questions 1. How do I remove existing paint? 2. What do I need for painting a new color on the fork and cro-moly? 3.Are there any differences in painting aluminium and cro-moly? 4. Is this easy enough to tackle for a beginner mechanic or do I absolutely have to have it done professionally? 5. What kind of paint should I use? Thanks for reading. Wing
