One thing I do before I ride in bad weather is to wax my frame with
some kind of car wax (I like NU-Finish the best). I find that road
grim and grit wipe off alot easier. Not only does it take less time
to clean your bike, but you also reduce the chance of scratching
your frame by having to scrub less.
