you say that you relube yearly. so it should not be stuck that badly. have you been able to remove the bb yet? you should be able to take the rest of it out from the drive side. which will give you axcess to the inside of the troubled cup. ensure that you are loosening the right way!!! for the drive side it should be clockwise. if you have the bb out there is a tool for removing the most beyond stuck shell out. i cannot remember who made it, it was an english co. though. any ways it is essentially a large cylinder (solid barstock)of hardened steel threaded inside which fits inside the bb shell against the frozen cup with the other half basically a large bolt to match the thread of the inner piece. it works because the harder you turn it the more it grips the frozen bb shell. i would check with older more established shops. (over twenty years old) they may have one. or pour through tool catalogs at your local shop. if all else fails- two words ,die-grinder(dremel tool)
