Is there any penalty in pedalling efficiency? Cheers! My knees prefer a narrow Q factor. but they also like a triple chainring. So I use a ritchey (sugino) crank and a much shorter than specified BB spindle. Chainline issues notwithstanding, it shifts just fine and my knees don't hurt!
