Hmmmmmmm......searcing the memory banks.......one moment please.....Yeah. The shop I worked at around 1990 sold Time pedals, and I believe we had a Time tool kit, a foam lined red plastic case a bit smaller than a thousand page phone book. I think it had a few punches, tubular drifts. etc. I think the pedal has a sealed ball bearing on the inboard side and a needle bearing on the outboard side. Is that right? If the spindle ass'y doesn't slip out when you remove the retaining ring the bearing must be a press fit in the pedal body. It might require an extractor somewhat similar to a crank puller. I'll bet that the bearing is a standard metric size that could be purchased from an industrial bearing supplier. (They're easy to deal with and have no minimums for cash will-call sales.) The outboard bearing is probably OK since it's well shielded from the elements. If you have an LBS that sold high end road stuff 10 years ago they might have the took kit. Heck, just looking at the tools may give you enough info to DIY. Good luck!
