Message: Hi there all, I am new to fixing bikes, I have a suntour sprint index system. I have sort of managed to adjust the gears except the shifters are really tight. It seems like everytime when I change gears it sort of tightens itself. can some one please tell me how to fix this. I have taken it to a bike with no value (same thing happened) I dont think he knows what he is doing. Also the indexing is only working when you go from high gear to a low gear there is no indexing when you go from low to high gear, is this normal? Thanks for your help in advance. regards Michael.
