Message: i am trying to take my fork off and i cant because i cant get my upper and lower cup off (headset) i have no idea what to do i havent ever messed with them before. is there something holdin it to the fork ? how do i get my fork out? also when i took my cranks out (3-pc) there were little cups for my bearings to sit in so i took them out to put in my new frame i got for christmas but when i tried putting them in i couldn't but both the frames measure the same should i just jam them in there?
