I think you are talking about a BMX bike right? to put the new cups in you have a couple of choices 1. take it to a shop and have them press them in it should only cost you 5 bucks or so. or 2. take two peices of wood 2x4 works well and put one on the floor lay one side of the frame on it so the bottom bracket shell is on it put the cup un the other side and hold the wood on the cup then take a hammer and tap it in. then repeat this with the other side. I used to do this when i was a kid. just make sure you use the wood or you will destroy the cups and frame
