Message: Dino, if you have a regular Hugi rear hub,which the 240 i believe is , the skewer actually holds the freehub body in. So when you take the skewer out of the axle, grab the cogset with both hands,(keep the wheel stationary somehow) and pull the cogset with the freehub body attached, straight off the hub. It shouldn't take much effort if you pull perfectly straight, and you access the freehub inners without a tool in sight. A very well thought out design. Good luck. By the way, if it is really cold , use a heavy oil instead of synthetic grease on the freehub guts.
