The same has happened 3 times to me. I've done this operation twice since I first shipped the pedals to Time and had to wait for two weeks. It's probably the inside bearing which is wrong. To take it out you remove an o-ring which holds the axle and holding the pedal on a vice hit the axle with a hard wood stick going around it 'till the axle releases. Then remove another o-ring which holds the bearing to the axle and repeat the same. The bearing has a number on it wich identifies its size. Then reinstall it the same way: small hits around the bearing. Be aware of a thin metal plate on one side of the bearing, at Time they got it lost and the pedal doesn't feel the same since. If you have any question, feel free to email me. Cletero@yahoo.com
