Thanks while holding your wheel flat, with the cassete facing the ground, push on the cassete (toward the floor) with your thumbs. keep pushing, it'll slide off, but be carfull. When the cassete comes off, it takes the free hub with it, giving you access to the ratchet plates. Whatchout as to not lose the spring or anything like that. then lube it up with "hugi speacial grease"- the good stuff. then put the cassete and freehub combo back on, and you should be all good. i think
