Message: Look is a good pedal a few down sides are the cleats are plastic and where out relativly quickly, and depending on how strong/how hard you ride its possible to pull out of looks break cleats..i broke 3 sets of cleats in 3 weeks when i rode looks. I went to Dura Ace SPD-R pedals and replaced cleats once every 4-6 months and have NEVER been able to pull out while riding, yet clipping in/unclipping for SPD-R isnt bad at all. absolute no-no of travelling so slow you stall? if your ever that tired/worn out you should not be riding a bike. --->Kevin
