You can probably only get this from Sweet Wings themselves (unless womeone that works their reads this). Contact them and see if they will give you the informaion. They might not to keep their maufacturing methods secret. If you can't get the information that way you will need to find a very knowledgable place to do the work, one that will know how to treat the alloy they are made out of. You will need to know the exact type alloy they are made of to do this, however.
