>No, this can't be done. Your best bet will be to get Campy bar end shifters. Campy doesn't make down tube shifters anymore. Bar end shifters should work in mountain bars, and while they might take a while to get used to, should work just fine.

....it's likely to work better if you us a shimano rear drailer with the shimano shifters. Cog spacing between campy and shimano 9 is different but close enough it usually works.
