Your best bet will be to get Campy bar end shifters. Campy doesn't make down tube shifters anymore. Bar ends will not fir imto the ends of MTB bars, the bars are to narrow, find a pair of moustache bars, these will accept bar ends and road brake levers. .....<< Nitto bars are 25.4mm at the clamp.Make sure you get the shim to fit them to the road bar stem clamp.
