So what does this mean in terms of strength, performance, weight, and longevity?
Should I reject a hi-tensile steel frame out of hand just based on this criterion?

: : I don't really understand the advantages of a Cro-Moly frame vs. a steel one. If anybody could help me in answering my question would be great.

: Cro-Moly is a steel alloy. By the addition of chromium, molybdenum and other elements, the material's mechanical properties are enhanced. Cro-Moly has the same weight and modulus (stiffness) as carbon steel, but has higher yield and tensile strength.
