But the only way I do it is with rollers. They take some getting use to, but once you master them it's a piece of cake. They give you an incredible workout and a greater sense of balance. I use rollers from Performance bike. www.performancebike.com I think they cost $129.99 and don't need resistance, however you can add it later if you want. Good luck Drew
