It doesn't come up out of rugs easy, so be careful and put something under each roller, front and back. 2) In my own experience, the extra smooth spin to be had on rollers tends to mean less out of saddle time and less heavy quad pumping, both of which somehow help relieve pressure from the saddle. After 30 mins, I felt very uncomfortable pressure on my old Vetta SL saddle while on rollers. Thus, a good, comfortable saddle with recessed center channels is a must if you think you might want kids someday.
